Built deliberately, not opportunistically.

Each acquisition was made to extend our supply chain management capability into a new category or sector, rather than as a standalone business line.

TRACK RECORD

2018

Claudia Works

Added office furniture manufacturing and consumables procurement to our catalogue — extending Asilon into a single-partner supply for corporate clients’ furniture, hygiene, and office needs.

2019

Bantu Mining and Engineering

Extended our SCM offering into mining equipment supply — valves, lifting equipment, and comprehensive mining logistics — building the foundation for our current Mining and Industrial sector work.

2021

Gauteng Pig & Crop Farm

Gave Asilon direct upstream visibility into the agricultural supply chains we manage, at a pig and crop farm in Poortjie, Gauteng.

2021

KwaZulu-Natal Potato Farm

Strengthened our agricultural sourcing and post-harvest logistics capability, complementing the Gauteng farm with a second production base.

Geographic reach

Today, our revenue base is 100% South African, giving us deep, proven capability in domestic sourcing, warehousing, and distribution. We see the rest of Africa as our next supply chain frontier, and are working with African stakeholders to extend our model — infrastructural development, skills transfer, and employment creation — across the continent’s key developmental markets.

What’s next

This page grows as our capability does — space reserved here for future acquisitions and expansions as they’re announced.

Why outsource your supply chain to Asilon

Outsourcing supply chain management gives organisations access to dedicated procurement, warehousing, and logistical resources, expertise, and systems on demand — at a variable cost, with no capital investment. Under a fixed-cost, in-house model, a business downturn still means paying the same for procurement and freight administration. Asilon converts these fixed costs, in people and systems, into a variable expense billed against activity: if nothing moves, there is no cost.

Variable, not fixed, cost

Billed against activity — if nothing moves, there is no cost.

No capital investment

Dedicated resources and systems on demand, without owning them.

Scale up or down

A large carrier and warehousing network supports new client projects at any scale.

ASILON GROUP

Asilon Group designs, procures, moves, and stores the goods that keep your operations running — one accountable partner instead of three vendors.
